Legado Maronês

Agriculture is a contract of generations. This is how António Moutinho, a livestock producer in Souto, Vila Pouca de Aguiar, defines his work, strongly marked by an intrinsic link between man and animal. The Maronesa, an autochthonous breed, primitive from Serra do Alvão, is used, like its breeder, to the hardships of the mountains. This office, which lacks the status, has been handed down from generation to generation, until today.
